Error "Invalid Apple ID address" while making a purchase on App Store

I am trying to use apple pay for a purchase. I have done this numerous times in the past. But now, when i try to use apple pay it keeps saying my address is incorrect. I have checked my settings and payment and shipping are filled in correctly. Apple wallet is filled in correctly. Help.
