Cloned phone

My iphone is cloned. Support keeps saying it’s impossible but:

It seems that I switch screen when I enter credentials.

My cellular service drops when this happens like if I’m sharing service

My findMy locates me either home or nearby

i bought some AirpodMax. They are located away from my phone when not in bluetooth. Everything is fine when I have new devices but it goes south after a few weeks, no matter what I buy or do.

I have many more screenshots.

Ur not going to like this same happened to me my iPhone was hacked they changed everything on me passwords even usernames they changed I had to go get everything thing back change all my passwords right them down this time instead of saving to iPhone then back my iPhone up to the cloud and do a factory reset to get them out and because I felt like they were back in again shortly afterwards I had to put a vpn and malware on my iPhone 12 that has supposedly the best security I didn’t lose anything of significance like money from bank or pay pal because I don’t trust cell phones or internet so I lucked out because I have heard of other people losing a lot of money from PayPal and banks crypto be careful what u click on some of iTunes apps they promote as free apps r really some scammers advertising games that u win cash from there r no such games like that that r free anyways good luck

Again, GPS precision varies. A number of factors can affect it, including buildings, trees, and clouds. You can improve the accuracy of location services on your phone by making sure that WiFi is turned on.

While it is possible to clone a SIM, it's really not possible to completely clone a phone. Everything you describe has far more likely and more mundane explanations. For example, typing login information incorrectly is very easy to do an a phone keyboard.

Please don't let yourself get caught up in scaremongering. Lots of people who don't really understand technology and who have read some clickbait articles online become convinced they are the victims of all sorts of things. Usually, if the problem isn't with the user, it's with the hardware. The likelihood that your phone has been compromised is incredibly small. Troubleshoot the real problems before going there.

If your AirPods are not connected by BT, Find My will show them at the last known location. Also, GPS has a range of accuracy. Nothing there indicates that your phone has been "cloned".

My issues started a few years ago. Too long to tell you all here. i used to have an XR which was behaving so weirdly, but … However one fact; I forgot my XR at my bank once. You can’t use cell signal at my bank and I was not on wifi. When I realized I didn’t have my phone with me, i used Findmy. It was located in an unknown place from me, a street I’ve never been to. I got scred and erased it. Got a call from my bank telling me I forgot my phone and can pick it up on monday. I bought my iphone 14 since anyway i had bad feelings about the xr and associated sim.I also changed tel number and provider. Time fir a change.i didn’t cancel the service though to revive my phone. Ok, after the week end I picked it uo and try to get it back online. My appleId password didn’t work. . Impossible to get ownership of my old phone again, no matter what. My new phone was ok for a while ( well located etc…) I had the two sims on it because changing numbers is a lengthy process. issues started again with the new one. I tried to separate the sim by buying a iphone15 locked to the new provider. 3 weeks later, issues on the iphone15. I returned it and have now two esim on the iphone14 with all those weird stuff gappening. Bought the Airmax, everything fine for a month or so. Then location issues with Airmax. I sent them fir repair. apple didn’t find anything, resetted them and paired them again. Fine from november 30th to two weeks ago. Then same issues again with AirMa x or iphone not correctly locating . Somatimes my Airmax are a mile away in a place I haven’t been. Gos accuracy is not so bad. And again the iphone 11 of my husband is always perfectly located. No issues on his part. It’s my devices. Even my mac when on ethernet or wifi is located at the same address away from home. .. hard to make sense of this.

Thank you Idris for your reply. I know that Airmac are located at the last location they are used when not in use. However the location indicate places I haven’t been. Accuracy was perfectly correct for a few months before issues happen.

My issues started way before I bought the Airmax with consequent issues on email accounts and routers mostly. The Airmax are located with a gps, the phone mostly by triangulation and nearby wifi + gps.

My phone is sometimes located away as well. The iphone of my husband is perfectly precise and never met the issues I faced with an XR first, then Iphone 14. Would be too long to list all issues.

I have a screen shot of two views from FindMy taken at 3 minutes interval but locating my Airmax at two different ‘last time detected’ locations with an identical timestamp. It seems that I’m switching screen and view either my phone screen or the cloned iphone screen. Obviously it is an issue when you enter credentials or security checks. It’s not unusual for me to have to enter those twice.

So far I didn’t lose anything from bank accounts. A small charge on my credit card which I changed. Nothing major. I don’t have crypto, I don’t save any password digitally and keep a log of the change I implement. However typing passwords is dangerous as well when you’re not sure that the screen you are presented with is your own. I had a few examples where this clearly happened. I’m checking parameters of identity and haven’t seen clear Id theft except once where It seems that somehow i was associated with a 403b and Pers which I’m not since I never worked for any public organization. Still need to check on that one with the department of labor but they handle everything online and through phone which in my situation is not the best. A lot of impersonation and spoofing ongoing. I don’t think they steal from bank accounts. I have different hypothesis but no real proofs. Overall I believe they overcharge some transactions, take a share on whatever you are supposed to receive ( benefits such as dentist appointments or money) and something related to ‘wash sales’ on trading accounts. I have to dig on that one but the motivation of this harassment is not clear to me. They seem to be interested in using communication devices mostly. Well whatever the motivation, I would like to be able to trust my devices again. All I want is go back to a simple scheme. I’m tired of multiplicating apple id, isp, devices etc… this is not a life. At one point it’s not me who has to flee, we have to catch whoever made my

life a nightmare since a few years, starting with sims then routers, dns spoofing, impersonation on the phone and now cloned devices which are getting better and better synchronized. I’m a native French speaker and one thing I know is that they understand French. It’s not regular hackers. It’s organized. I don’t think it’s related to this mass surveillance that is common practice today. They may use the same or similar technology but at least at the beginning it was not that sophisticated.

Maybe they do own crypto and I’m just some kind of washing machine. But whatever the device, ipad, mac, phone, pc whatever the security ( security keys, face id, touch id, encrypted email, optic fiber or satellite comm.) i separated all my devices on separate apple id. Don’t use iclud or keychain. they can deal with it sooner or later. So I believe it has to be more lucrative than my personal wealth which is not interesting enough. It started long distance but i believe my last move directed me in a nest, because now it’s short distance l; it happens on 5GHz and bluetooth. i can’t even print without facing connection issues. And I’m not an ignorant in computers, but now I just have panick attacks each time I need to do something on one of my device. Kidding but some truth there. It is digital terrorism and I have no idea why I’m targeted…it started two years after I started trading stock so there must be a link.

And don’t tell me a phone, cellular ipad or mac can’t be cloned or hacked. They can. Just check the FCC site. I need to file a complain ( more structured and illustrated than this talk…) and reset one more time all my devices, which is always accompanied by some losses of files, loss of time. I did it in the past and it came back anyway after some time. So i would like to see hackers neutralized rather than start all over again one more time. hopefully I won’t lose access to mailboxes.
