Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Personalised Ads [Disable]

Though this doesn't remove Googleadservices but resets the unique identifier used for ad tracking.

Since GoogleAdServices is a website and not an app, you can't delete it directly from your iPhone. However, you can clear your Safari browsing history and website data to remove any cookies or other tracking data that GoogleAdServices may have stored on your device. If the issue is within the Safari browser, clearing cache and data might help.

  • Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

Review apps that might be using Googleadservices excessively and limit their access or delete them if not needed.
