On my apple id i have an error message saying: “ there is billing problem with a previous purchase”

I was trying to update some apps and i couldnt a message showing “there a billing problem with a previous purchase” i tried removing my card infos and re adding it i still get the same message

Keep getting payment error after reentering info. When trying to update an app on an iphone, I get the error message "There is a billing problem with a ... previous purchase". I updated my cc info. and was able to purchase icloud+ but I still get the same message about payment method when trying to update any app.

Unable to update apps due to payment issue on Apple Account I am experiencing issues with updating my apps. Recently, a message popped up, and I haven’t been able to resolve it. I haven't made any purchases since the beginning of this month, other than buying additional storage. I cannot identify any other purchases that could be causing this problem. When I attempt to pay for this mysterious charge, I’m unable to complete the transaction. I've checked my account to see if I own anything, but I found nothing. I've also tried entering my card information again, signing out of my account, and still, nothing has worked. I would really like to be able to update my apps. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
