Assuming this is the original M1 iMac, you can't upgrade the memory or CPU or GPU - which are all in the same chip.
(Oh, and SSD and hard drive are the same thing)
You *may* be able to upgrade the SSD, but it won't be for the faint of heart, and probably not worth it.
