Vision Pro hanging on apple logo during restart

Vision Pro froze so performed force restart (top button + crown) but reboot has apple logo on front panel for about 60 seconds, switches off and logo reappears again. Keeps going around in this loop and never loads. Have tried several force restarts, can’t get past the logo and can’t load any software
