Double tap not working over tattoo on wrist.

I think the double tap feature does not work over tattoos if you have them on your wrist because I’ve been trying all day to get it to work and it hasn’t. But as soon as I tried it on my right wrist, which does not have tattoos it worked seamlessly. There’s not enough information out there about this subject matter. Such a shame that I can’t use the double tap feature on my predominant wrist. the reason I believe it has to do with the tattoo is because I read that the workout won’t properly read if it’s over a tattoo as well.

edit: always on doesn’t work on the left wrist either, only the wrist with no tattoo.
