Apple TV+ not working on TV.
Clicking on Apple TV+ icon on TV screen provides only a blank screen with no message or spinning wheel. Can’t access menu to reset.

Try using a double-click of the TV button on the Siri Remote to go to the App Switcher. There, swipe up for the TV app to force-quit it. Then relaunch the app to try again.
If the issue persist, then also do the device restart (not just sleep-wake), either through the Settings menu or by temporary disconnecting from power.
If the issue persists after that, then contact Apple Support for further investigation.
