How do I turn off the photo shuffle feature when iPhone is locked?

How do I turn off the photo shuffle feature that is annoying the heck out of me. I never asked for this feature to be put on my iphone and if Apple can’t have a simple on and off button for it, I’m gonna find a different type of phone to use. How do you turn off this stupid photo shuffle feature?

It appears that you have added a Wallpaper that is a Photo Shuffle. Go to Settings>Wallpaper>Add new Wallpaper and select something other than the Photo Shuffle area. There are Featured, which are stationary wallpapers. You can change both the Lock Screen and Home Screen Wallpaper. See this, Change your iPhone wallpaper - Apple Support
