Music will not play Uploaded songs, but will play Matched ones

Using Music 1.3.6.14 on OS 13.6.1

I use iTunes match to sync a large music library between a macbook (where the files are) and an iMac.

This has been working fine for years.

Today on the iMac it loads up the library and all looks fine but it can only play matched songs, whenever it gets to an uploaded one it just skips to the next one. They aren't greyed out, there's no obvious issue until it tries to play them.

Have tried turning Library sync on and off, signing out and back into account, restarting Music.
