How to delete relay smart agent off ipad

Relay smart agent can be deleted on devices not updated since it’s been downloaded but it’s rare.

I want to delete this app!!!!!.

In 5th grade there used to be a thing were you could push on it and do reinstall and you would be able to delete it but it’s been patched
