Why do you need a postcode to sign in?

A postcode (zipcode) is a series of numbers and/or letters that appear as part of the mailing address on letters you receive through the postal service. The easiest way to find it is to simply look on mail that is sent to you. If your country does not use them, ask Apple what to do if you are being asked for a postcode but your country does not use them.

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
