are there recorded sessions of training for new MacBook Air users?

I have used Windows PCs for decades, and I am struggling to adjust to Mac. The nearest Apple Store is not close. YouTube videos have been marginally helpful but I thought a company like Apple would have extensive online training available.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.5
