I have been charged £8.99 for over 5 months by apple.com/bill and I have not used my iPhone as I had paid it off and got an upgrade from o2 and I have a Samsung galaxy phone I have reported it to yous and would like

refunded

How do I get a refund for unauthorized charges from apple.com/bill on my iPhone 11?
