How to transfer old playlists to the current music app on MacBook Pro

On a MacBook Pro, is there a way to transfer old Playlists from an earlier Music Library within Apple Music (from a backup drive) to the current Music application? I'm using Music 1.2.5.7 with the latest version of the Monterey OS.

I want to transfer the library to an external drive or another Mac. Exporting music files is easy enough. The important is to export also the playlists and playcounts. 40 songs have over 1,000 plays. How do I get Apple Music app playlists on my new PC? I am have a new PC and I am trying to import my old music playlist without subscribing to apple music. I do not see an option to import playlist files to that were backed up to my old computer. Is there a possibility to use the old itl files in the new apple music app as well? I log in on both computers and one has my music playlists and the other one cannot import them. Does anyone know a solution to get the playlists on the new computer's Apple Music app? Will a new Apple Music subscription transfer my past songs and playlists? My entire music library and playlists from the past several years are on my Music app (originally transferred from my iTunes) on my MacBook Air hard drive. If I subscribe to Apple Music, will all of my songs and playlists from my MacBook, including mostly songs imported from CD's, automatically transfer to the Apple Music cloud? And then can I sync multiple devices to this cloud library that matches my MacBook library and playlists so that my iPhone/other devices can access the same songs and playlists as my MacBook? Lastly, can I add new songs (obtained after purchasing Apple Music) to past playlists or do I need to create new playlists after I buy a subscription? I don't want to subscribe if I have to start from scratch and create all of my past playlists to manually add all of my songs to them again. I appreciate any clarification.
