Facebook Text Disappearing

I just bought my MacBook Air with the M2 processor. While typing a Facebook post, the text disappears. It will reappear for a split second but then goes away again. I've never had anything like this happen and don't know where to start troubleshooting. It's only happening in Facebook and it did it in Chrome and Safari.

problem loading facebook pages since Sonoma was installed? anyone else had issues? since installing the new MacOs on my macbook air, i have had a lot of problems loading facebook pages. i have to keep refreshing the page for it to load. could this be a compatibility issue between safari and the website, or a safari issue generally? i don't use many other websites as much, but have not noticed it elsewhere. i have checked all the usual settings within safari and the facebook settings, and all is as it should be. as far as i can tell.
