Refund Request Denied

I have been banned from using

dating app for explained reason. Apple refuses to refund my money. I have only used service for a day and then my account is removed. I paid for three months subscription but was able to use service just for a day. I believe this is violation of my consumer rights? There is no consideration exchanged. First no reason was provided when removing my account by the service provider and then subsequently refund was denied by the apple. This is simply ripped off and it feels like you have been jailed and fined without any explanation. How do I claim my money back?
