Why can't I enter my business phone number when setting up a profile?

Trying to enter my business phone number in Apple Business Connect to set up a location but it keeps telling me i'm not entering my areas correct format but I am. There is no other way to enter the phone number. See attached. Can anyone help?! Thanks :-)

ENTER RIGHT ADDRESS SENT TO WRONG LOCATION I am a business owner. When ever my new clienteles enter my address to my business location, provides the correct street address but leads them to the wrong address. I have lost 4 hair clients since it is sending them to the wrong hair salon. I am paying google to advertise and another business is benefiting from my efforts. Yes no integrity but besides that... how can apple map fix it.

I've also had the same issue - tried multiple times and get the same message:

Frustrating as I am trying to correct a completely wrong address that is showing and I can't get further than this screen.
