BLATANT DISREGARD FOR PRIVACY ON APP STORE

As a 20 year old male, I have redownloaded Grindr multiple times. As a result, the result has been shown in the top of my App Store search preferences when I type "g" in the search bar. Sure that is expected cause it is on my own device, BUT what truly SHOCKED me was that grindr was also on the top on the App Store search preferences when typing "g" on my DAD's and MOM's app store. This is an absolute BLATANT VIOLATION of my privacy and for many others. I have not even enabled family sharing or even connected any accounts with my mom's or dad's yet I am at HUGE RISK of being outed and disowned by my family due to apple's negligent privacy policies. Oh wait? Legal - App Store & Privacy - Apple This link shows that my recommendations are locally stored on my own device but why are my app store recommendations reflected on my DAD's and MOM's devices? I have been living in deep distress because of this and I need a way to remove grindr on top of my search bar preferences. I have tried everything such as not downloading grindr in 6 months, hard reset my phone, etc. I feel there is no hope and my future is ruined because of Apple's privacy policy.

I am begging for help.
