Apple TV+ bad resolution on Windows Browsers.

Really bad resolution on Win browsers. I don't see an option to choose the resolution type: 4k, 2160p, 1080p etc. On Windows browser, streaming is run on 480 or 720 max. Video quality is really bad. shows are great but can't enjoy them due to quality..

Why is Apple TV+ streaming only in 480p on my PC? I have a pc with 4k capabilities (ryzen 5 3600, radeon 7700xt, updated drivers & browsers), I just enabled the apple tv+ subscription, and I can't get the streaming quality over 480p. My internet connection is great (200mbps fiber), I can stream perfectly fine in 1080p on netflix on any browser. But the apple tv quality is terrible on chrome/edge browsers, and the store app also (I have the settings there to 1080p also)| Tried searching for browser flags, all relevant are enabled. Windows Apple TV App only plays in 720 The windows Apple TV app will not play videos higher than 720 resolution. Windows 11 24H2 on a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 5650U. I have purchased the $0.99 HEVC codec from Microsoft and it did nothing. Youtube and plenty of other services play in 4k. My TV is 4k, its connected to the PC with an AudioQuest Carbon HDMI cable. How do I resolve this issue?
