We are creating a data base of photographs, titled Women of Substance for Womens day. We request sponsorship which could be either equipment or monetary assistance. How do we get Apple to sponsor?

While Apple does support causes (awareness month etc), they seem to do so in their own name, and on their own initiation. Not sure I’ve seen any sponsorship examples, in the way that you seem to be seeking.
As this is a user-to-user forum, you may need to contact Apple directly to see about options. None here can speak for Apple.
