Then scroll down to: "Use your Mac (or Windows PC) to change your region": and follow the steps.

Manage your iCloud+ subscription on your Mac
- On your Mac,
- macOS 13 or later: Choose Apple menu
> System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click iCloud.
- Click Manage.
- Click Change Storage Plan or Add Storage, then :
- Upgrade: Choose the amount of storage you want, click Subscribe to iCloud+ or Next, then follow the onscreen instructions.
