how can my apple id be unlocked?
My appleID has become locked in the iTunes and AppStore.
How can I remedy this situation?

The support article If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support says you must contact Apple for help if you see that message or one saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked".
