Getting Push messages when I get call on my phone

I see a push notification pop up along when I get a call on my phone.

it reads IMPORTANT MEASAGE FROM NETWORK PROVIDER

After lists option like below

(Primary)

Air

Rail

Missed Call Alert

STD/ISD

whe. Clicked back option it locks on a screen to send some option form above and won’t let do anything

iPad Pro Call Notification Delay I have an iPad Pro with LTE on the same WiFi network as my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have WiFi calling configured for all of my Apple devices (2 x iPad Pro (one LTE and one WiFi only), one MacBook Pro, one iMac, and then my iPhone. If I answer a call or reject a call, it doesn't matter; the iPad Pro (LTE) will ring minutes later... It's a ghost ring of sorts. I've not been able to find how to resolve this. All devices are on the latest iOS and iPad OS versions. Does Apple have a fix for this?
