Quicktime 7 features and compatibility

I particularly admire and use Quicktime 7's ability to adjust pitch and tempo when playing back audio files (I'm a singer). But I can only do this on my badly outdated MacBook Pro. I want to enable this ability on my M1 MacBook Air running Ventura and QT Player 10.5. But the more modern QT version lacks these to-me-essential features. Might I install and use my old QT7 on my MacBook Air? If not, is there another simple way to regain these abilities

If your Mac supports Mojave, you could install it on an external disk or Virtual Machine (VMware Fusion is free for personal use, for example) running Mojave and install QuickTime Player 7 there.

Final Cut Pro can adjust video (and I guess also audio tempo) frame rate and pitch so that might be an alternative (sorry, I am more geared to video than audio).

I guess there should be more apps for this but I let others more knowledgeable to chime in.
