How to Convert downloaded and purchased iTunes Store music on Apple Music app on Windows 11

Good evening,

I was oblige with Windows 11 to replace iTunes with Apple Music app.

But in the new app there isn’t an option to convert purchased and downloaded songs from iTunes Store in custom file format like AIFF (i have done this operation in iTunes app).

I need this format in order to play the converted songs with my mixset with a DJ Controller and Traktor Pro 3.

How can i convert the songs in AIFF or other audio file format directly from the new Apple Music app?
