Why Is My Verizon-Paid Apple Music Not Working?

My apple music is payed by my provider, Verizon,but it is not working.It says i have to pay. I do not understand because this is only happening to my account. Me and my family have the same plan on Verizon together but only my apple music is acting up.

Try the following:

Open Settings
Tap your name at the top of the screen
Tap Media & Purchases
Tap View Account from the popup menu that appears
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Verizon Plan Benefits
