Homescreen Wallpaper Rotate Effect

Does anyone have the same problem as I am? So basically everyone knows there is like a smooth rotate effect on the wallpaper when you go rotate the iPad from horizontal to vertical.

I don't know if it is the update but when I changed my homescreen wallpaper to be a different photo from my lockscreen wallpaper, the rotation effect stopped working and when I rotate my iPad from horizontal to vertical or vice versa it just swaps but there's no rotation effect on the wallpaper and I think widgets might be causing the problem but I am not entirely sure.

I have been looking for a solution to this but I haven't found any solution, I only saw a reddit post regarding this but there's not solution in there either.
