Mac Studio regularly crashing after waking up from sleep mode - Kernel panic

Hi, I'm using a 2022 Mac Studio Max M1 with 32GB RAM and Sonoma 14.2.1. Unfortunately the Mac is crashing every 2-3 days, a few seconds after waking up from sleep mode. I tried various tips I found in this forum but it didn't help. An EtreCheck Report is attached to this post.

I don't know if this is related to the Kernel Panic, but after every reboot the headphone jack is disabled and I have to reconnect it to activate my speakers again.

If someone has an idea, what I could do - I'm very thankful already!

Some of the latest macOS versions have an issue with automatic and manual computer sleep mode.

Some systems crash and force a restart, others just freeze up and are unresponsive.

As a test:

Turn on "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off" and only allowing the display to turn off.

Then just leave the Mac on with the display off and/or shut down for longer times of non-use.
