In-game click bait. How to ge t a refund?

This game called Ragnarok Origin offered some in-game packs and the price is in local currency (Philippine Peso). Then I bought 2 of it because for me it was a good deal and a cheap price (₱99.99). But the next day when I check my bank account they charged me with US Dollar value and thats ₱5,590.00! I logged-in the game to check. Now, they change the packs price to ₱5,590.00 equivalent to $99.99 I was so shocked and feel broke. I chatted immediately the in-game support to get a refund but they don’t do a refund because of term and condition. Their reason is the price was in dollar form. Im wondering how come it was in dollar form when all of the prices are in Philippine Peso in-game. I do not intend to purchase such big amount. I just want to get back my money even if they delete my account.
