How do I create a new Apple ID on on my iPhone.

Go to Settings ➜ Apple ID scroll down to the bottom, and tap on Sign Out. Then tap go to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases ➜ Sign Out. Then got to Settings ➜ Messages ➜ Send & Receive ➜ Apple ID and Sign out. Then go to Settings ➜ FaceTime ➜ Apple ID and again sign out.
With all that done, follow the steps in the support document linked below or go to https://appleid.apple.com to create a new Apple ID and sign in with it in the same locations.

Do note, any Apps downloaded to the iPhone will continue to be linked to the Apple ID that downloaded them, and will continue to require it to update.
If you are giving one of the iPhones to someone else, best is to erase it and set it up again by following the steps in the link below.
