Facetime worked fine making calls to android phone user but not working since the software update ios 17.3.1' The android user can see and hear me but I can't see or hear them. All I see is a circle with a black silhouette of a person. I've gone through all the apple aids such as turning Facetime ona nd off but I still have the same problem. Can anyone help?
