How do I transfer photos from my IMAC to my iPhone?

I'm trying to transfer photos form my IMAC to my iPhone.

iMac 24″, macOS 14.2

One option is the following: Sync photos between your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Note that you should not delete the photos from the Mac after syncing or those photos will also be deleted from the iPhone the next time that you sync.


If you want all photos constantly synced via iCloud, see: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support


There also 3rd party apps such as PhotoSync and iMazing.
