Anyone have their Apple Cash money not show up?

I'm just curious how often this happens. I sent my wife some money, it left my bank, all the Apple Cash transactions show they're complete, but it never showed up in my wife's account. Apple/Green Dot Bank treated it as a dispute and simply denied it without asking for any documentation from us. We've contacted our banks, and Apple multiple times, though my wife has been hung up on so many times now when being transferred to another "specialist" she's about done. I'm just wondering, is this just some kind of sneaky profit center for someone? The randomly pocket a few transactions and hope we just give up?

You would have to ask Green Dot Bank how many times this happens. Apple Support Community is a public discussion forum for fellow Apple users to connect and assist each other. Apple is not here. Everyone responding is just another user.

I would suggest you contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot directly, you don’t get cut off when a transfer occurs. Contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank by calling (877)-233-8552.

If that fails, file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Don’t bother with BBB, a waste of time.

I also had this happen to me, they claim I am a unique case, which I know it’s not true! I’ve been following up for a month now and their only response is that they are still investigating. Yesterday when I called to follow up they told me it had escalated to a different department. They deposited $25 for my troubles and the money disappeared in front of the agent’s eyes.
