Touch ID won’t activate after 17.3.1

After the update, Touch ID will not activate (Mini iPad 6th gen) Keep getting error messages saying such and to try again. None of the resets work, even wiped iPad and restored from cloud, nothing. Passcode only way to access device. Is there a fix out there yet?

Thanks, tried all those items before posting. It’s not use of the Touch ID that is broke, getting message stating unable to activate Touch ID.

Same here with iPad 8th. Even tried to reconfigure 2 fingers, also reboot without success.
