I just bought iPhone 14 plus ago then I am facing issue with WhatsApp video call. My video gets distorted on the other end (blocks appear or it gets blurry) whenever my phone slightly move. I think OIS is poorly managed by apple on this model.

Are you trying this with just one person or different people?
Try a forced restart and see if that clears it up.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.

Hmm, at this point I would say to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.

That would be an issue with network speed, either on your end or theirs. This has nothing to do with the operating system.
I tried the 5G. It is the same. I tried the Wi-Fi. It is the same. I tried WhatsApp video call it the same and I tried Google meet. It’s also the same same
