TASCAM US-16x08 only Input 1 works from audio interface

I am using Logic Pro x and TASCAM US-16x08 as input and audio interface.

If I have the mic plugged into Input 1 of the interface, and Logic Pro x Audio Track set to Input 1, everything works as expected. I can see audio making it to the Tascam software, makes it to Logic Pro x, records it, playback etc.....

Actually, if the mic is in input 1, it doesn't matter what input I select in Logic Pro x, mic input 1 will record on audio track input 1 through 16.

If I change mic to any Input 2-16 (any other than 1) of the interface and change Logic Pro x Audio Track to Input 2-16 (any other than 1) no audio makes to Logic Pro x.

All mic inputs show in TASCAM software on the correct channel.

However only mic input 1 audio makes it to Logic Pro, and make it to all 16 Logic Pro x input channels.

Is there a setting I need change so that I can make sure input 4 works with mic input 4 (for example)?
