How to turn on Announce Notifications on iPhone?

I had an iPhone 11 then I upgraded to an iPhone 14 but when setting up the device I no longer had the option to announce notifications. I’ve gone to settings and went to Siri and search and the option is not there. I have announce calls on but I really want the notifications read as well. What do I do? I would really like announce notifications again
