Recently purchased a mac desktop second hand, and it wont let me log in
I recently purchased a MacBook Desk top and when i tried to factory reset it went to a blue log in page but wont let me log in.

Mac's must be properly prepared for resale by the owner before being sold.

If that was not done or not done properly, then you need to return the Mac to the seller for a refund.
