How to enable Passcode Lock for powering off in iPhone?

Hi Community,

last week my iPhone was stolen along with my Samsung.

I tried to track it however I was unable to do so due to the person switching it off.

The only way I found them was because my Samsung will not power off unless the passcode is entered.

Is there anyway I can do the same thing on my iPhone?
