Why did my lockscreen profile picture turn to an orange flower, and why is my widgets not turning grey when I open an app?

I have a MacBook Air M2, which I. bought recently. Suddenly after I restarted my MacBook, I am getting some problems. Before, when I open some app the widgets go a little grey, which was a normal feature now that is not happening and my lockscreen has my profile picture and my username, my profile was my Memoji and now it turned to a flower. I went to settings and I can't find any way to solve this. Did anyone get this issue? If someone found a way to fix it please tell!
