No WhatsApp notifications on Apple Watch 3

I made factory reset to the Watch once. I also re-installed WhatsApp on my iPhone 12 Mini.

WhatsApp, iOS and Watch OS (8.8.1) are most updated.

If I don’t wear my Apple Watch 3, I don’t have problems with WhatsApp notifications on my iPhone 12 Mini.

If my Apple Watch 3 is on, there are no notifications on both iPhone and Watch.
