Hello, I have a GoPro hero9 Black which is'nt working on my macbook air. Can you please let me know if the goPro App works with Sonoma 14.3.1 loaded onto my Macbook

Basically my GoPro no longer brings up the preview screen on my macbook, I get the small gopro icon on the top of the screen with the blue dot indicating USB connection. But when I click on the preview button I get a quick flicker on the screen and then nothing. Why I try it with Zoom I have no GoPro camera option in the video menu. any ideas?

iPad mini, iOS 12

Ask GoPro support. Not an Apple product and GoPro has the responsibility of compatibility, not Apple. Same deal with Zoom. Do they explicitly provide support for the GoPro 9?

I have read that when the Macbook gets updated Sonoma 14. 3 this can affect compatability as the Camera security has changed.
