My itunes has credit but netflix is on hold …..

Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.

You may want to check which payment methods are available in your Apple ID account for subscriptions etc.

You can: Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support


For some purchases, Apple may require you have a credit or debit card on file, even if you use an Apple Account balance for your purchase or payments.


You can check which payment methods Apple can accept in your country or region:

or
