Reset to Default Sonoma GUI

System Setting >Appearance & refer to below which is my choice to use those setting ( GUI = General User Interface )

This should like a System Reset

If you’re possibly taking over a Mac from somebody else (you don't indicate why you’re resetting the GUI), you’ll really want to re-install it, as macOS and the apps and subscriptions will otherwise remain inextricably tied to the old Apple ID.
