Reset to Default Sonoma GUI

Is there a way to reset MacOS 14.3.1 Sonoma GUI to defaults (standard) Appearance, without loosing any User or Application Data?

Model Identifier: MacBookPro18,2

Chip: Apple M1 Max

No. of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency)

Memory: 64 GB

Not sure what you mean by above


System Setting >Appearance & refer to below which is my choice to use those setting ( GUI = General User Interface )


But then you write " without loosing any User or Application Data? "


This should like a System Reset


Read ALL the content from below link before attempting


Understand, All Content means everything including User Account and all Third Party Installed Applications and any and all Data


Always make a Time Machine Backup  before doing anything


How to erase all content and settings


This process, known as Erase All Content and Settings, requires internet access and can take some time; however, it helps ensure that your device can be accessed only by you.


Important: When you use Erase All Content and Settings, all your data is erased.
