Activation Lock cannot be bypassed. It can be removed by entering your credentials on your iPhone screen, but it will still be listed on your iCloud as long as your Apple ID is still signed in. If someone has your password to remove Activation Lock then they can also sign you out of your Apple ID and enter their own. If that is done you will no longer see it in iCloud and not be able to access the device anymore.
Thanks for the answer. My iPhone that was stolen is still listed on my iCloud that means my Apple ID is still logged in
