I'm experiencing a 4-6 second delay before hearing the ringing tone on my iPhone for incoming calls and alarms. Despite the delay, i can see the incoming call or alarm notification on the banner or full screen. The device does not vibrate or ring immediately.

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

I've tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, including checking the Ring/Silent switch and volume settings, and making sure Do Not Disturb is off. I also updated the iOS to version 17.3.1, but the issue still remains.
