Idk what happened but 5 minutes ago I noticed rectangles on the top of my screen. There are 24 visible, every second one is the same length. They are kind of see through and seem white-blueish. They also get a little purple near the corners. Im on an SE (2. Generation). Maybe someone has a theory of what happened. It would be nice if someone could help me. Thank you.

At this point it would appear that it could be a hardware issue. I suggest making a Genius Bar appointment and have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options. Start with the Support link at the top of the page here to make an appointment.
It seems you have some widgets on your Home Screen. Have you checked by turning them off/removing them temporarily to see if that changes things? I've not seen that behavior in the past.
Can you please post a screenshot of what you are trying to describe? Have you possibly dropped your device lately?
Over the day it has gotten almost completely transparent but I noticed it was back at 9pm/21:00.
Yes, I have tried restarting and turning off the Widgets, but it’s still on the Lock-/Homescreen.
It also appears to be a area where the touchscreen doesn’t work.
Update: I can’t see it anymore bit the screen isn’t working at the area which is, very annoying.
