Security delay
I tried to change screen lock password. Said security delay but I am at home?

While you are aware that you are at home, have you configured your iPhone to recognize its current location as the home setting?
In the Maps app, scroll to Favourites and tap Add. Start to type the address you want to set as Home or Work, then tap the address when it's available. Scroll down to Type and tap My Home or My Work. If you haven't set your Home or Work address before, tap Update to save it to your Contact Card.
