Besides getting rid of CleanMyMac as BDAqua recommended your hard drive is failing:


Write speed: 60 MB/s

Read speed: 65 MB/s


You can replace it with an external SSD and increase your boot, read and write speed by 10x or so.


Along with CleanMyMac you should uninstall Security Guard Speed Edition. It's not needed on Macs.


Additionally, Eye Protection has been hanging so may not be totally compatible with your system. If it's not absolutely necessary I would remove it also.
